Valve/Damper Actuator

Failsafe electric actuator uses a simple integrated spring unit that works in conjunction with an electro-hydraulic vane actuator. It can be used in remote locations since it eliminates need for backup batteries, air or gas when main power source fails. The 1/4-turn electric actuator comes in six models with failsafe torques up to 4000 inch-pounds. Each model can be configured as failsafe - spring return or high torque double acting, and on/off or modulating. Options include an integral positioner, auxiliary limit switches, loop powered 4-20 mA feedback transmitter and an internal feedback potentiometer.
