Chiller® total drying system effects drying by recycling inside solvent laden atmosphere of washing unit with an explosion proof fan in a closed circuit. Solvent vapor is passed through an internal tank via suction/supply ducts. Chiller includes a condensation unit connected to a refrigeration and heat exchange unit. Inside heat exchanger a thermostat controls recycling temperature keeping it uniform. Uniform temperature prevents overheating or freezing of solvent. Drainage of solvent from heat exchanger is collected in solvent holding tank.
