Flexible Tubing of Viton Rubber

Vitube tubing, made from 100 percent pure Viton, offers a wide range of both temperature and chemical resistance and is available in 60 and 75 Shore A durometers. It resists chemicals such as aliphatic and aromatic hydrocarbons (carbon tetrachloride, benzene, toluene, and xylene), oils, fuels, lubricants, and mineral acids at elevated temperatures, and it withstands 㪶°F to +400°F continuously and higher temperatures on an intermittent basis. Black in color, the tubing works well outdoors in sunlight and ozone, and it possesses the high resiliency of an elastomer as well as the good mechanical properties of conventional synthetic rubbers. Of the two hardnesses stocked, 60A, also known as Type B, is softer and designed for peristaltic pump use, while 75A (Type A) is used for most other applications. The tubing is stocked in two dozen sizes from 1/32 through 7/8 in. Barb-style fittings and various clamps are also stocked for same-day shipment or JIT delivery.
