Booth 1855. HAT ESS is a new generation of inverting filter centrifuge that does not have an inflatable membrane or any other sealing to cause abrasions in the process area. A gas lubricated mechanical seal is used to realize pressure added centrifugation and centrifuge drying. As the centrifuge is filled from the rear, overfilling and the contamination in the solids discharge area is eliminated. Centrifuge can also be pressure filled making low solids concentration possible. A version for steam sterilization is also available. Since an isolator does to have to be opened, contamination of the clean room will not occur during regular operation, including filter cloth change, even in large production units.
