CDT-2000HD combination hand-held digital tachometer combines the best features of both contact and non-contact tachometers to accurately measure RPM, surface speed and length. A non-contact only version, the CDT-1000HD, is also available. Both models feature a thick protective shell for increased physical protection and resistance to airborne water or particulate damage. In addition to its rubber shell, tachometer has several enhancements for better performance in industrial environments. Non-contact RPM measurements can be made up to 24" away from the target. Improved shielding protects against interference from ambient light sources. Tachometers are ideal for machine operators, maintenance personnel and in a wide variety of machinery and material handling applications.
