Solid/Liquid Reactions

Company designs and manufactures mixing and kneading reactors for mechanical and thermal processing of viscous, sticky and/or crust forming products. In a typical continuous solid/liquid reaction two or more solid or liquid components are metered as a premix into the reactor where they are intensively mixed. Advantages of these systems include single-step, continuous operation that produces homogenous, high quality product with or without solid recycling. Pasty and sticky intermediate phases are treated without problems.
