Broken Bag Detector
for dust collectors
Flo-Guard particle flow detector with Micro-Controlled Tribo-Electric technology is typically used to detect a broken bag in a dust collector. It can also be used to detect solids at the clean air exhaust of a cyclone, or it can be used as a flow/no-flow device in a chute. Digital technology allows use of a "Floating Reference Point" for temperature compensation. This means no loss of sensitivity of false alarms in applications with extreme temperature variations. The 10-position sensitivity selection switch allows the detector to be used in most dry bulk materials.
