Custom-designed pressure vessels and reactors are available in sizes from several liters to as much as 45,000 liters and can be certified for up to 300 PSIG. Standard features include mechanical and electro polish to 6 Ra finishes, spray ball testing, pre-validation documentation packages, and dimple and Uniflow coil jacketing for excellent heat transfer performance. All units can be furnished with a choice of mixers and reactors incorporating pharmaceutical grade mechanical scales.
