Pinch Bag Sealers

PBS Series of fully automatic pinch-bag sealers is designed for a variety of bagging needs. Easy to use, bags are simply placed between carrier chains and automatically transported through machines, eliminating chance of shifting in sealing position. Sealers are offered in seven different models for a wide number of products and specifications. Each of the carrier chain and belt types has single and double pinch variations to accommodate any type of pinch bag. Series also features a rugged hot air blower, which is used to reactivate pre-applied not melt glue. Bag is then completely sealed as it is firmly pressed between press rolls.
