Model 3CM-6KH semi-automatic bag placer bags up to 1200 bags/hour using a vacuum generator to supply needed function instead of a motor. Designed to minimize product-filling time and provide high-speed operation, placer features a pair of swing arms that pick up bags from bottom of stack, opens bag mouth and places bag for filling. Other features include a PLC that allows operator to pre-select settings to obtain optimum operation and simple, easy adjustment of bag width and bag length to accommodate different bag sizes. Virtually all kinds of multiwall, spot-pasted bags, including woven-laminated paper bags, can be run on the bag placer. A scale discharge chute is optional.
