Hall 5.1, Stand B42-C44 - The LPS (Liquid Process Sizer) provides a complete solution for continuous measurement in liquid streams, while the Malvern Insitec D is a fully integrated on-line particle size measurement solution designed for use in environments where there is the potential for dust explosions. Insitec laser diffraction-based particle size analyzer technology is at the heart of both systems. The LPS is designed for continuous industrial use at- or on-line. It can accurately and reproducibly measure a wide range of process streams, from highly concentrated mineral slurries through to lipid emulsions. The Insitec D has NEC500 and ATEX approval and complies fully with the ATEX 137 Worker Protection Directive 1992/92/EC.
