Designed for the chemical processing industries and water treatment facilities, this process line of stainless and carbon steel spiral mixers can handle high flow rates. The mixers are ideal for installations requiring 2 in. to 30 in. diameter piping. They feature low shear, continuous in-line units in which mix materials can be pumped to the required consistency. The mixers are commonly used for all types of chemical blending and or additive introductions, or placed inline to "maintain" a homogenized cross-section of blended chemicals. This ensures separation is eliminated.
