_multi-stage Dispax Reactor® DR2000 in-line mixing system is specifically designed for high shear applications. It is also available as DRS2000, a high-speed version for processing particles to the sub-micron range. By utilizing three sets of rotor/stators the dispersing effect is multiplied allowing for high shear mixing. Result is a decrease in production time due to the increase of product that can be processed in a single pass. Applications include lacquers, colors, lotions, pharmaceutical products, colloidal dissolutions, vaccines, salt dissolutions and more.
