TOP Control™ Type 2031 high purity valve system for ultra-pure and sanitary fluids features programmable "top-down" control flexibility. TOP Control head offers accurate and programmable proportional control options, allowing characteristics of a diaphragm valve to be precisely controlled. Designed for accurate control of pressure, temperature or flow the system accepts directs sensor inputs including RTD, 4-20 mA and frequency. Type 2031 valve bodies are available in investment cast or forged steel or in plastic with process connections of 9/16" to 2". Diaphragm options of EPDM or PTFE/EPDM ensure hermetic isolation of fluid from corrosion resistant pneumatic actuator. Temperature range is 14-284°F with pressure from 0-140 PSI.
