HI 2160RCPlus Loss-In-Weight Rate Controller saves time and resources while maintaining or improving product quality and output. It can store and access calibration and configuration data on up to 12 different feeders or 12 different materials run through same feeder. This eliminates need to recalibrate system after a material or feeder is changed. Controller has built-in "Two Sigma" testing which calculates a standard deviation based on change-in-weight readings to confirm stability of feed rates. This feature provides a wealth of information for statistical analysis. This provides a balance between quality and quantity.
