Belt Conveyor Oven

Model No. 937 is a gas-heated, 500°F belt conveyor with workspace dimensions measuring 36” W x 68” D x 15” H. A 175,000 BTU/HR unit installed in a modulating natural gas burner provides heat, while a 3300 CFM, two HP recirculating blower provides vertical downward airflow to the workload. Oven features a six inch long open belt loading zone, 12 inch long insulated, unheated entrance vestibule and a 60 inch long insulated heating zone with recirculated airflow and a 12 inch long insulated unheated exit vestibule. Oven also features a digital indicating temperature controller and fused disconnect switch.
