Electronic Metering Pumps

The Tacmina PZ Series of electronic metering pumps is meant for accurate, reliable injection of a variety of liquids including chemicals, nutrients, and disinfectants. The pump's flow rate and accuracy are unaffected by fluctuations in voltage; it will operate on any single-phase voltage from 94 to 264 VAC. Pumps are available in manual control, external input, and programmable models. Models PZD-32/52 and all PZiG Models have built-in calibration and allow accurate direct entry of feed rate in ml/min. A "flow checker" is available to measure flow on the smaller models. All control features are on board every programmable model pump — including pH control and residual chlorine control — without requiring a separate PID controller. The new PZiG Models offer high flow rates (20 GPH) and pressures, and viscosity of up to 4,000 cps can be achieved on larger models. Pumps can be specified with either PVC, Kynar (PVDF), or 316 SS liquid end construction, depending on model.
