High-Pressure Cooler

HP Series heat exchangers cool gas streams pressurized to 100 PSIG. They are free flowing with pressure loss of 0.1 PSI or less. Low internal velocity allows condensate to separate completely from cooled air stream. Housing designs are based on ASME code. Pictured units will use 85°F water to cool a 12,000 SCFM gas stream at 48 PSIG from 320°F to 95°F. A bolt-on flange allows core to be removed from front of housing without disassembly of gas duct.
