Tank Design Dryer

dries without vacuum

This 9-1/2 ft. diameter tank design Turbo-Dryer™ continuously dries a solvent-wet, food, pharmaceutical and cosmetic additive without the need for vacuum. Recirculating inert gas passes through a condenser to condense and collect solvent for reuse and inert gas is reheated and circulated back into dryer. In this sealed design, welded tank housing is provided with gasketed access manways that are clamped shut with heavy swing bolts. Bearings and shafts are purged.
