Miniature Compressed Air Dryer

The Mini Dryer MD-35 is intended for equipment that requires small volumes of extremely dry compressed air. It performs effectively in intermittent flow applications and is designed for air flows up to 35 SCFM. The unit can be installed indoors or outdoors with only inlet and outlet air connections required. It handles inlet air temperatures up to 120°F and supplies –40°F pressure dew point. Pressure differential is less than 1 PSID at 100 psig. The loose desiccant needs only periodic replacement, and desiccant condition can be monitored via color change through a viewing window. All metal surfaces of the vessel interior are primed and coated with polyurethane material. All exterior metal surfaces are protected with an enamel coating. All these features ensure that the dryers are able to withstand corrosion, chipping, and cracking in the most demanding environments.
