The VAC-U-MAX bulk bag unloader provides a clean and efficient way to discharge the entire contents of a bulk bag and is specifically designed for semi to non-free flowing powders. Aggressive paddles massage the bag on four sides to ensure complete material discharge. Once discharged from the bag, the powders flow by gravity to a small floor standing live bin hopper, which keeps the material moving into the convey line and offers complete cleanout once the bulk bag is empty. Bags can be placed in the unloader by forklift, hoist, or crane from floor level. An integral hoist on a monorail can be furnished if desired. Optional pneumatically operated actuator petals massage the lower portion of the bag to promote material flow toward the center of the bag.
