Pulse-Jet Filter Handles Slag Dust

A manufacturer of blasting media to remove airborne slag has successfully applied TubeJet ® dust collector. Collector was custom-built to accommodate the available space left by a previous generation collector. Because of the abrasive nature of the dust, the collector handles 12,000 ACFM at a conservative air-to-cloth ratio of 4:1. Single polyester filter bags employed are easily replaced from the top of the collector in a "no-tools-needed" process. Dust collector vents screens, belt transfers, bucket elevators and two crushers.
