Mixer Emulsifiers

sanitary design

Series 500 mixer emulsifiers are built for service in critical sanitary manufacturing environments that require vacuum and/or internal pressure operation. Mixers are built with either single or double mechanical seals, selected to match user's specific process requirements. Emulsifiers are available in sizes from 1.5-100 HP. All wetted surfaces, except shaft support bushing are of type 316 sst construction. Bushing is normally supplied in bronze or Teflon® with other materials available as needed.
