3-A authorized
Models Z1, Z3 and Z5 In-Line High-Shear Emulsifiers are now authorized to use the 3-A symbol. Z emulsifier delivers consistency and control of high-shear process applications such as immiscible phase emulsifying/homogenizing, wet grinding, deagglomeration and fine solids dispersion. Incorporating three sets of toothed rotor/stators, engineered to fine radial tolerances, emulsifier processes product as high differential velocities, as many as 187 times in a single pass. Result is consistent, repeatable quality at high capacities exceeding those of in-tank high-shear mixers, colloid mills, shear pumps and piston homogenizers.
