Powder Disperser

YTRON® ZC3 Powder Disperser instantaneously disperses extremely difficult-to-wet powders into a liquid stream. Disperser is a larger version of the ZC1. Powders are drawn into reactor head via vacuum created by a liquid seal. Complete dispersion of powders is achieved by interchangeable rotating and stationary elements providing precise amount of shear to wet powders prior to hydration. Unit is capable of concentrations up to 15% by weight at flow rates to 100 GPM at ambient.
