Magnetic Drive Pump

for corrosive fluids

Ryton sealless mag-drive pump is designed as an alternative to the high cost of Alloy C. Pump design and materials selection together provide long life and a wide range of chemical compatibility. Major features of the pump include: Gear and bearing combinations using metallic and non-metallic wear surfaces; slotted bearings to lubricate shaft and gear surfaces; hydraulic porting to balance axial thrust and to reduce wear; and effective housing seals with elastic memory to prevent leakage of corrosives. Pump offers nominal flow rates from 1.5-30 GPM. Helical gears offer noise reduction up to 10db.
