Random Packing
in a wide variety of plastic materials
Intalox® Snowflake® high-performance random packing is available in a wide range of plastic materials. Materials of construction include polypropylene, PVC, CPVC, Kynar® PVDF, Halar® E-CTFE, Tefzel® ETFE, 25% glass-filled ETFE and Teflon® PFA. Packing has a good combination of high capacity, efficiency and low pressure drop resulting in a cost-effective solution to environmental scrubbing and stripping problems. Applications include CO2 absorption; SO2, HCL and HF absorption or stripping; chlorine absorption in water or caustics; and chlorine dioxide absorption, among others.
