Bulk Bag Unloading Station

This bag unloading station was designed to work with the user’s hoist and trolley as well as to maximize the unloading process. The material is assisted out of the bag with massage paddles and discharged through the E-3 telescoping tube bag spout interface into an agitator hopper. The pneumatic massage paddles are designed to enhance material flow by pushing the product toward the discharge spout of the bulk bag into the company’s E-3 discharge assembly, which provides constant tension on the bag spout while ensuring a dust-free environment. A bi-parting, pneumatic slide gate valve is incorporated to allow the operator to retie and remove a partially filled bulk bag from the system. The hopper is flexibly connected to the E-3 telescoping tube, and the agitator is designed to pull material toward the center discharge of the hopper to ensure product flow.
