Remote Closure Shutdown System

for tank farms

The Remote Closure Shutdown System is designed to help meet NFPA 58 requirements for emergency shutoff in bulk tank farms from a remote location. The NFPA 58 Liquefied Petroleum Gas Code requires emergency shutoff and product containment at the storage tank by July 1, 2011, for existing tanks and immediate incorporation on all new installations. The system continually monitors the bulk plant through catalytic combustible sensor technology. It features the Ultima® XE Gas Monitor with 1S Combustible Gas Sensor and internal relay card.
