Called e:Top, this control device offers advanced automated control to modify existing plants or when planning new installations. Its design offers four feedback signals and one status signal for a total of five digital PNP/NPN feedback signals. Top features include unit's ability to be set without dismantling or adjusting existing valves; self-adjusting tolerance band that allows for seat compression throughout process and cleaning cycle to accommodate gasket compression; and availability in a wide range of interface modules. Once top is mounted on a valve, air supply can be added.
