Weight Sensor

for bulk inventory monitoring

L-Cell weight sensor is designed for use on legged vessels. "Bolt-on" sensor that was traditionally used on skirted silos can now be applied to legged vessels to create an accurate and affordable weighing system. Palm sized sensor is attached to the support of a vessel and utilizes dual strain gages to measure weight of material in vessel. As weight is added or removed, support structure experiences strain changes proportional to material weight changes and produces a proportional electrical output.
