Fluid Bed Dryer-Screener System reduces moisture content of bulk materials, removes agglomerates and dust, and discharges on-size material into bulk bags. Pre-packaged system consists of a 48” diameter circular fluid bed processor, heater, blower and 48” diameter vibratory screener. Cleaning time is claimed to be cut by more than 50% due to the reduction in interior seams and accessibility afforded by a quick-disconnect housing. Fluid bed processor is available in diameters from 18-84 inches. Vibratory screener is available in sizes from 18-100 inches.
