Bag Dump Stations

These bag dump stations can be fitted with a highly efficient lump remover and a choice of three types of conveyors flexible screw, tubular drag, and pneumatic. The units operate independently of external exhaust networks and promise dependable size reduction as well as greater worker comfort and safety. Bag dump stations come in configurations designed to limit product loss during the bag dumping process and without creating a dusty environment. Each can be specified as part of a complete conveying system, as a stand-alone unit, and/or custom engineered to attach to your processing equipment. Dust collection can be obtained through external collection or self-contained and confined within the process. All bag dump stations come equipped with a stainless steel safety grate coupled to a power cut-off switch for operator safety. Many options are available to help increase uniform product flow.Hapman, Kalamazoo, MI; 800-427-6260; www.Hapman.net
