Manual dumping station for pneumatic conveying systems collects dust created during manual dumping of powder and bulk solid materials from bags, boxes, drums and other containers. Hopper is configured with a non-flow-through pick-up adapter for introducing material into vacuum pneumatic conveyor lines. Unit features a high-velocity vacuum fan that draws airborne dust from the operator’s atmosphere onto two cartridge filters. Filters are accessed easily by removing the interior baffle and replaced rapidly using quick-disconnect fittings.
