The VMC series electromagnetic conveyor is a two-mass vibrating system that features a variable voltage controller that allows “watch like” precision of the feed rate. Ideal for the food, chemical, pharmaceutical and plastics industries, these rugged, high capacity units are available with standard tray sizes ranging from 18-48 in. wide by 5-20 ft long. Depending on the intended use, tray liners of abrasion-resistant steel, stainless steel, polyethylene, rubber and other materials are available. The conveyors are easily and accurately tuned to specific materials and applications for optimum performance.
