Variable speed horizontal motion conveyor is designed to move fragile products with a gentle sliding motion. HMC-22 and HMC-50 models use a counter rotating weight drive system where product remains stationary as it is carried forward and then instantly slides along tray surface as drive quickly reverses its action. Elimination of vibratory hopping motion reduces product damage and oily particle build up from coatings being shaken off, providing wide application in food processing. Conveyors use either a 1.5 or 3 HP variable speed drive capable of moving product at 40 FPM. Models come standard with sanitary stainless steel trays ranging from 12-24" wide and 5-30' long.
