Process Development Reactor

The ELA-5 is a process development reactor in which reactions can be performed under well-defined fluid dynamic conditions, providing advantages for laboratory process studies. The five-liter ASME pressure vessel is rated for up to 100 bar and 250°C. The unit can be fit with a variety of impeller technologies for developing demanding gassing processes requiring high mass transfer rates. The mobile unit is located in the company's Oakland, NJ, facility and can be dispatched to any customer testing location in North America. Additional ELA-5 units are available for the European market.
