The Bella mixer, cooler and dryer offers a fast method of efficient drying and/or cooling by mixing air and material. Materials like precipitated calcium carbonate can be taken from a moisture content of 35% to less than 0.1% with a thermal efficiency of 90%. The fast mixing and constant agitation of air and material in the mixer's weightless zone creates high thermal efficiencies. All of the material is dried to precisely the same moisture content due to the mixing action in the dryer. Even materials that are impossible to fluidize can be effectively dried.
