Gauge Isolator

improves accuracy

Adding a diaphragm seal to a digital gauge generally results in a loss of 1/2% accuracy or more due to liquid fill error that occurs between the gauge and seal. Ashcroft® AccuSeal™ gauge isolator is designed to eliminate the additional 1/2% error. Isolator uses a sensor diaphragm to isolate the media and prevent it from clogging the gauge. This sensor is almost flush with the bottom of the gauge socket. Sensor diaphragm is 17-4 stainless steel with a 316 stainless steel process connection. It is a self-contained unit and is available to fit 4-1/2" digital industrial gauges with 1/2 NPT process connections.
