Thermocompressor & Steam Jet Ejector

This multiple nozzle thermocompressor design uses high-pressure steam as the motive fluid to entrain low pressure spent steam. By recycling the resulting intermediate pressure steam to heat the titanium evaporation plates, efficiency is increased. The multiple nozzle steam ejectors reduce energy needs by creating the high efficiency vacuum in which distillation takes place. There are no moving parts in the ejectors and thermocompressors, so they are virtually maintenance free. System nozzles, however, should be changed out on a schedule based on application.
