Kenics® KM Series static mixers feature a helical mixing element which produces complete radial mixing and flow division for any combination of liquids, gases or solids. Mixers have no moving parts and require no external power or regular maintenance. Four distinct styles are offered: Fixed-element, removable-element, edge-sealed element and element-assembly. Ranging in size from 1/8” to 48”, mixers are available in a wide variety of materials including all commercial metals and alloys, FRP, PVC/CPVC and PTFE. Additional features include ASMEB31.3 certification; design pressures to over 10,000 PSI, complete custom fabrication and sanitary 3A finish and food grade ferrules.
