Magnetic Liquid Traps

offer continuous permanent-magnet protection

These USDA, AMS-accepted Magnetic Liquid Traps are available in single plate, double plate, and cartridge magnet designs. Cartridge and plate-magnet liquid traps offer continuous permanent-magnet protection against ferrous debris, capturing even small ferrous particles and weakly magnetic or work-hardened 300 series stainless steel fragments. Cartridge-style traps feature high-energy rare earth magnets that have demonstrated the highest pull strength in the industry using industry association pull-test procedures. These traps provide especially thorough metal separation by directing product flow through a tightly spaced grid of cartridges. Available options include self-cleaning, high-temperature and sanitary models.
