Epoxy Mortar

resists 98% sulfuric acid

Rezklad® SR mortar is a chemical resistant mortar based on a bisphenol F epoxy resin and a specially formulated hardener. This combination makes mortar ideally suited for use in brick and tile floors sumps, pits and trenches where resistance to a wide range of organic solvents up to 98% sulfuric acid and up to 40% nitric acid is required. Mortar is resistant to such organic solvents as toluene, xylene, benzene and 1, 1, 1-trichloroethane. Chemical resistant along with physical properties qualifies it for many applications previously only handled by mortars based on furans or vinyl ester resin-based products.
