Coating & Lining systems

for metal and concrete

Chempruf Coatings & Linings use resin technology to shield substrates from a broad rang eof chemicals. They can be used in immersion service to 275°F and vapor service to 325°F. Coatings and linings are based on epoxy, furan, polyester and vinyl ester resins and are available in three different series, each configured to provide excellent results. Chempruf 100 series coatings combine chemcial resistance with ease of application. The 1000 series linings are applied where frequent or continual chemical immersion is likely. Chempruf 2000/2001 series linings are installed where chemical exposure is severe and physical requirements are high. Applications include containment dikes, floors, walls, ceilings, tank interiors and exteriors, trenches, sumps, process vessels, scrubbers and pump pads.
