Ceramic Coating

Ceramacoat™ 503-VGF-S is a high temperature, ceramic-based sealant used to fill micro porosity in various thermal spray coatings. Sealant is formulated as a single part, water-dispersible, alumina-filled system. It is easily applied using a sponge brush or pneumatic spray equipment. Upon application it can be ramped rapidly to elevated temperatures. A full cure is achieved after exposure for 1-2 hours at 700°F. It is available from stock in pint, quart, gallon and 5-gallon drums.
