3E Company, provider of environmental health and safety (EH&S) compliance and information management services, has announced the acquisition of MSDS Solutions, which supplies material safety data Sheet (MSDS) and EH&S management products and services. Plans call for the two companies to combine their expertise and MSDS databases to create a cross-industry MSDS management solution. Products and services of the combined company will include a comprehensive global MSDS management solution aimed at companies in all industries. Other plans call for building on MSDS Solutions' Web portal, www.msds.com. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
