Tubing Assemblies

Flared Tubing Assemblies ensure tight fluid connections for consistent, leak-free processing. Using a proprietary thermal forming technique, the company flares the end of its tubing assemblies, backing it with a washer and threaded bottom seal fitting to create a leak tight seal. By eliminating the need for a ferrule, compressed tip or flanged insert, flow path diameter and consistent volume are maintained in sample, reagent, wash, waste and other types of lines. The tight connection provided by the assemblies can greatly reduce or eliminate dead volumes and carryover problems. The washer and fitting hold the tubing in place to keep tubes from pulling out and causing leaks.
