Jaw Couplings

Elastomeric jaw-type couplings now offer stainless steel hubs produced by either investment casting or sintered powder, with savings ranging from 50-90% over the previous manufacturing process of machined bar stock hubs and with immediate delivery. Stocked in five sizes, providing a total range of 13 standard bores from 1/4" to 1-7/8" with corresponding standard keyways, stainless line provides alternatives for light-to-medium-duty applications that require high moisture/corrosion resistance, ranging from chemicals, food, poultry and more. Selection also includes RSB units in each size for custom boring, which adds one week minimum delivery time, including passivation treatment to remove machining residue that can result in surface corrosion.
