Zero Static Tee

with integral steam port

ZDP (Zerostatic Down Stream Purge) is a modification of existing ZST (Zero Static Tee). An integral purge valve located on back of valve assembly provides a purge downstream of ZST weir. This purge can be utilized for a multitude of process and utility applications including downstream steam, CIP or gas purges. By making purge valve integral to back of assembly, dead leg associated with welding of a valve directly to assembly is greatly reduced. Made of wrought 316L stainless steel to ASTM A479 standards, downstream purge is available in 1/2" size. Other alloys are available to assist in more aggressive API applications.
