High-Shear Processor

The M-110EH-30 laboratory model Microfluidizer high-shear processor comes standard with both a ceramic and diamond interaction chamber that will allow flow rates up to 450 ml/minute at 25,000 psi, allowing for more efficient processing of pharmaceutical formulations, fine chemicals, and biological material ranging from simple oil-in-water emulsions to highly immiscible solids-in-liquid suspensions. Designed to operate at up to 30,000 psi process pressure, it makes possible the production of nano-suspensions and nano-emulsions as well as liposomal encapsulation and cell disruption with the least number of passes.
